The food wasn’t spectacular, but there was plenty of variety, with beef, lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, soups and lots of Bulgarian-style sweets. The coffee was the best I’ve had at a hotel, and those €11,000 machines really do the job. We visited after the season, from 20-25 September 2025. The hotel stayed open until the very last day, and everything, including the animations, carried on even with just 10% occupancy. The kids’ activities ran right to the end, respect! The pools were cold, which makes sense that late in the season. Rooms have small bathrooms, though having separate toilets helps. There’s a small gym with only a few machines. Getting to the beach takes a while: it’s about a 15-minute walk, or around 25 minutes on foot to the beach with sunbeds, a bar and umbrellas. A golf cart shuttle comes every 30 minutes, but it can be packed. It was a wonderful stay for a 4* hotel. Just don’t expect 5* service, because it isn’t a 5* hotel. I’d highly recommend it with that in mind.

The hotel has a fun, family-friendly feel, with evening shows and activities for the kids. I enjoyed joining in with Zumba, football and other games too, so there was always something happening. The bartenders, bar staff and reception team were welcoming and polite. The lifeguard saw I wasn’t a strong swimmer and offered me a pool noodle, which made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was lovely, and I think the hotel deserves its 4-star rating. Elka was very polite when cleaning our room, but the work could have been more thorough. The bed was only straightened on top, the sheets underneath weren’t fixed, used cups weren’t washed or replaced, and sugar and soap weren’t replenished. Breakfast was fine, though empty plates stayed on tables too long. With only about 20 tables, I expected more attention to that. There was no bidet in the bathroom, which I didn’t like. I had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel. A little more care with housekeeping and breakfast service would make it even better.

Our family had a really fun time here, and I’d happily recommend the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the food was tasty and varied, with something for everyone. The bouncers know what they’re doing and can surprise guests young and old, so my warmest regards to them. The animators were also brilliant at organising games and activities. We’d be glad to come back.

Parking costs too much, and the parking staff overcharge. You have to leave the car about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so fetching anything from it means another long walk 🚶♂️. The hotel itself is old and poor quality, the food is average and the drinks are poor. Never again.

I loved this place. The room was clean and cozy, the hotel has a modern design, and the sea view from the upper floors is amazing. The elevator gives you a panoramic view too, and there’s a private beach with clear water. The location is good and the service was great. The staff were wonderful, especially at reception, where they treated guests so well. The food was always fresh with a good selection.
