Villa Lubimetz 13

We've been coming for five years, and Ruslan and his family always go above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location is fantastic: you can enjoy the sea, birds, and the scent of the park throughout the day. The house isn't luxurious, but it's been renovated with great taste. Ruslan has other properties too and can help find a good option for a holiday. I can only recommend him with 10 stars. The house is always occupied, for a million reasons, believe me, so we often book a year ahead.

The house is a lovely place to stay, with a great sea view from its garden. Unlike many places along the alley, nothing like trees or bushes blocks the view. It's in a great spot in the Sea Garden, with the beach about a 10-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute radius there are restaurants, shops, night bars that don't disturb sleep, parking, a pharmacy, and a shopping center. There are also vending machines for drinks and snacks on the house fence. The house is clean and well cared for, with a cozy, pleasant feel throughout. Our host was very responsive and attentive to every detail, so we felt we could count on him whenever needed. The host was polite and kind, and the stay was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. Lyubimets 13 has a special place in Bulgaria's cultural history. Its owner became the muse and inspiration for Dimitar Dimov while he wrote one of Bulgarian literature's notable novels, Tobacco, and developed the character Irina. The house was filmed in 1958 for one of Bulgaria's best-loved films, "Lyubimets 13," starring A. Karamitev, G. Partsalev, L. Bobchevsky, and others. Anyone who chooses to spend time there will have a great, memorable stay.
