The reception team made this stay for us. I’ve travelled to 11 countries, and these were among the most professional, attentive and helpful receptionists I’ve met. One of them arranged a taxi during the day and helped us with real kindness. Later, after our plans changed and we had to return earlier than expected, we left at about 11:30 PM on January 6 to catch a bus. The bus company let us down, and by around 2:00 AM we were alone in the dark outside a closed gas station, unable to find a taxi. It was frightening and stressful. We called the hotel, and the night receptionist worked hard to find us a taxi and make sure we were safe, so we could get back. I don’t know what we’d have done without her. Thank you to the whole team for their care and service. We’d arrived on the evening of January 5 to a warm welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with clean towels and all the necessary amenities. The price was reasonable, and the location and cozy atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. We had originally planned to finish our trip on January 7, but unexpected circumstances changed that. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location and staff.
