Hi, I'm from Kosovo 🇽🇰 and wanted to share my experience. The service and food were good, and, most importantly, the plates and forks were clean. The rooms looked lovely and were clean, as were the sheets. I really enjoyed the pool too; the water was warm and clean. Personally, I'd recommend it 100%. Love from Kosovo 🇽🇰❤️🇧🇬

The views and location are good, and the staff were helpful. But the hotel's standard doesn't feel like four stars, and it needs refreshing. I was completely put off by the jacuzzi near the pool. It looked really dirty and smelled like urine, so I didn't go near it again.

The staff were helpful, and the service was good. The location is the best part, just 100 meters, one staircase, from the town center. The rooms are large but very fragile. Everything I touched seemed to be falling apart. I was surprised that the spa didn't use mineral water. Breakfast was included, but there wasn't enough food for the number of hotel guests. It felt like we had to compete for the popular items. There were three coffee machines but only one worked, and half the refreshments weren't available.

I came for the spa, but the pool was cold, the jacuzzi wasn't very clean, and the steam room was cold too. The sauna was the only good part. The hotel seems dated and needs renovation, more like a two-star place than the four stars listed. It was my first visit to Velingrad, and I wasn't very impressed. I'd rate the spa 3/10.
