We used to stay at this hotel four years ago, and the service quality has dropped a lot since then. This time the breakfast was awful, just junk. The room we were given wouldn't lock from the inside. The bathroom leaked, leaving the floor soaked, and we couldn't use the toilet without getting our feet wet.

The price is baffling for what you get: below-par rooms, practically no WiFi, and TVs older than I am. The air conditioning filters were dirty too. They also make you leave your room key at reception so they can “track who's in the hotel and who isn't,” which feels like an invasion of privacy.

The location is good, and there's parking inside. But there were bugs in the room, and we had no hot water in the morning.

8/10
The rooms are spacious and airy, with lovely terraces, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding toward two visually impaired guests. The location is a bit far out for them, though it's fine for people with normal vision.

Convenient for getting around town, with clean, comfortable rooms that are nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable too, and the accommodation is reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.
