Kiev Tower Hotel Apartment

The room felt neglected, and the WiFi was so weak it was almost unusable. They hadn’t changed the bed cover, the toilet smelled bad, and the showers didn’t work properly. There was no coffee either. Customer service was extremely poor, and the stay was far below what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend Kiev Hotel Apartment unless they make major improvements to hygiene, maintenance, and basic guest services.

The gym and swimming pool were nice, and I found the surroundings comfortable. My apartment at Kiev Tower Hotel Apartments was spacious and well maintained, so I had a good stay.

We keep coming back whenever we’re in the area. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, and we’ve always felt at ease whether staying briefly or for longer. The views from the rooms are a real highlight every time. It’s also a handy spot for attractions, shopping, and places to eat. The lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly and ready to help. For what you get, it feels like good value. We’ve had a pleasant stay each time and look forward to returning.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean enough, but I left disappointed with what 850 SAR bought me for two nights. There was decent space, yet the comfort and quality didn’t feel in line with the price. The furniture and setup were average, and the room’s finish seemed below standard. The bed and facilities were fine, just nothing special. Better lighting, softer bedding, and updated furniture would help make rooms feel more modern and comfortable. For this price, the room experience matters, and I didn’t feel I was getting value for money. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t a great one either. I might have felt differently if the rate were lower. With improvements to the rooms, the hotel could be a better choice, but as things stand, I was a little disappointed.
