Being close to City Center Mall was handy, and the hotel is far enough from downtown to stay quiet. But inside, it feels like it hasn’t moved on from the 1950s and really needs a full renovation. The lobby could feel fresher too. Getting rid of the artificial flowers and extra vases would already make a difference. Cigarette smoke, unfortunately, is everywhere.

I was there for a month and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a little unusual, but everyone from reception to the room attendants and breakfast team was super, super helpful. The pool needs repairs, though, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

The apartment had loads of space and natural light, and we appreciated the free upgrade. The receptionist was very professional and kind. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the service makes up for that. We’ve stayed several times and will definitely return.

I used to like this place and had stayed here many times, but after this experience I won’t be back. They had overbooked, and instead of sorting it out with an upgrade, the female receptionist wanted to downgrade me or, as she put it, cancel my booking and go somewhere else. She was rude, disrespectful, and careless, speaking sarcastically while chewing gum. I argued with her for 15 minutes before she finally offered an upgrade. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone responsible, I was told there was no one. How can there be no manager on duty?
