We had a horrible experience, and I’m embarrassed by what happened at checkout. They made us wait half an hour, then a staff member brought our used cover into the reception area to show us a stain and say we had to pay. My partner was upset, and I felt ashamed, so we paid just to leave. They could have spoken to us privately instead of displaying it there. I’d been expecting a nice stay and thought I might return on vacation, but that’s changed. We hadn’t even complained about the broken door and bed, or the lack of towels in the toilet. Those things were fine to us, but the way they handled checkout was awful.

After traveling from RIYADH with my family and having a reservation, we still weren’t given a room. I asked several times and waited an hour, but the receptionist became increasingly rude, used harsh words, and acted very unprofessionally. He only seemed to help people who came for (****). I wish I could share his picture. 😡😡😡😡 This hotel isn’t suitable for families.

The location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants, and I felt good about that during my seven-day stay. But the room wasn’t cleaned for about five days, even though the receptionist had agreed it would be done daily. I contacted reception, and they acknowledged it, but there still wasn’t any cleaning staff.

A very rude Filipino female receptionist, and the rooms were double booked. I arrived at 2:10pm after making a reservation. At first they claimed it wasn’t the hotel and said I had the wrong place. After I checked again, they said check-in was from 12pm to 2pm and shouted, “leave now!” Shame of Bahrain.
