The nightclub made sleep impossible. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the music was painfully loud from 10 PM to 3 AM, and the rooms shook with everything vibrating. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel that says it accommodates families, especially on weekends. Housekeeping was poor as well. They took our towels and didn’t bring them back. I called for fresh ones, but nobody followed up or responded. No apology, no solution. A very frustrating stay, and I’d advise families to go elsewhere.

For three nights, the hotel felt cozy and clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. A balcony room is a good choice and made the stay even nicer. The quality matched the price. Abduallah, the manager, deserves special thanks for taking care of requests quickly and attentively at any time of day. Zow, the breakfast waiter, was warm and made mornings feel lovely, especially with that beautiful water view 😊.

I had a great meal at the restaurant at Swiss-Belinn Hotel, Bahrain. Ibrahim was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout, making sure everything was just right. His hospitality really added to our dining experience.

Ronnie made everything easy, helping us with whatever we needed and keeping check-in and checkout smooth and stress-free. The staff were wonderful throughout our eight-night stay during the Asian Youth Games. The room was spacious, spotless, and fresh, with housekeeping clearly taking good care of it. The hotel is right on the beachfront, with sunrise or sunset visible from the room, and the lovely pool was great for relaxing. A clean, comfortable place in a perfect location.
