We had a fuss-free stay at Frasers, with everything up to standard. Our two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed, and the location was especially convenient so close to the airport. Breakfast service made the stay even nicer. Mr Sudeesh kindly helped with our special Thosai order and was friendly and accommodating. Mr Ahmed noticed I was coughing constantly and offered me ginger tea. We jokingly call it “Mr Ahmed Magic Tea” now. It was a genuinely thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated both of them. Thanks to the Frasers team for looking after us. We hope to return, InshaAllah!

I’m writing this mainly about the SPA. My Swedish massage with Pranee, a specialist from Thailand, was amazing. She helped release the knots in my neck and shoulders without hurting me, which has never happened for me before. She’s so relaxing, and it was one of the best sessions I’ve had anywhere. Pranee's massage for women is one you shouldn't miss. She's incredibly talented, with fingers like silk, and the prices are competitive compared with Saudi Arabia The suite was on floor 24, with two rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. It was clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend it for families.

At Da Rosa Restaurant in Fraser Suites, we had a great meal. The mixed grill, pizza, fresh salads, and desserts were all flavorful and nicely presented. Chef Laxman deserves credit for the food’s quality and taste. Zunia and Anoop looked after us with warm, attentive, friendly service and made us feel welcome. Great food and atmosphere, and we’d happily come back. Highly recommended.

Nazmol, the indoor pool lifeguard, deserves a special mention. He was considerate, very nice, and hospitable during our stay, and even went out of his way to treat us to ice cream. His positive manner and excellent service added a lot to the experience. The hotel stay went smoothly, and we enjoyed having an indoor pool. The grounds were clean and well cared for, with a comfortable setting for all ages. The staff showed wonderful hospitality.

The pool lifeguard was especially kind and attentive, and great with the kids. He even offered them ice cream, which made their day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. I really appreciated the hospitality and will definitely return.
