The terrace is a nice place to enjoy the city at night, and there's an outdoor swimming pool. The spacious room has furniture, kitchenware, and appliances that budget hotels don't usually have. The kitchen includes a mini bar, and the bathroom has a Jaccuzzi. The Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive to customer needs. I'd recommend it for travelling families. A few things need work, though: the AC in the Reception and corridors, the bedroom linen quality, and a deep clean of the sofa.

The staff are good, but the owner treats them badly, pays very low salaries, and makes even bigger deductions. The place itself is old and poorly maintained, with chipped furniture and no bidet or shataf in the rooms. Not recommended. It feels like it could collapse on you.

In the middle of July, the air conditioning at the only restaurant by the lobby was turned off twice to save electricity. It felt so cheap. No wonder I was the only one at my table. The management's reply said one unit wasn't working, but that's a lie. When I complained, they asked me to move to the other side, which was very inconvenient. Why seat me there in the first place if the AC wasn't working? It had been working fine, and the owner and staff kept switching it off. They moved me, then turned the AC off again. My friend, who took me there, said people had complained about this many times before. I was so disappointed reading their response. They're still making excuses for cheap, unprofessional behavior. The place is empty, take the hint. Don't try to turn this back on me. I've only told half of it. Don't get me started on the prices versus the service.

The room was spacious and it wasn't crowded, but the rates were expensive. The bars and dine-in areas had hardly anyone there. I also had trouble with the AC. Even after we told reception it wasn't working, the technician didn't come to fix it until after nightfall.
