Getting around was the worst part. The hotel is right in Manama Souq near Bab Al Bahrain, where the roads are extremely narrow and all one-way. Our car nearly got scratched each time we drove in or out, and the layout made the hotel parking hard to reach. Nearby parking is difficult to find and paid. We were also stuck for almost two hours after the road was blocked without warning, unable to reach the hotel. The room itself was good, clean, ventilated, well maintained, and had a balcony, though the carpet had a slight damp, moldy smell. The breakfast buffet had several options, including food suitable for kids.

The traditional feel was a nice touch, and the room was comfortable with what I needed for a short visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made getting around convenient. A good stay overall.

It’s an older hotel, but it covered what I needed and was clean. The staff were very helpful and sorted out the TV remote issue. Being right in the center and good value made it a solid choice.

The breakfast tasted good, though there wasn’t much variety. Inside Manama Souq, the hotel is awkward to get to because of the roads and traffic. The rooms feel run-down and stuffy, with old bedding. The bed was somewhat comfortable.
