Swan Towers

The location is the best part. Customer service was very good, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were neat and clean, and the price was affordable.

The service was awful. The AC didn’t work for two days, but they still charged the full amount. No exception.

The three-bedroom flat was clean, organised, and worth the price. It had what we needed, including a washing machine and kitchen, and the receptionists and other staff were very friendly. Talabat could deliver there easily, too. Towels weren’t in the flat unless we asked reception, though. We also had to leave the tap running for ten minutes before the water got hot. Two door locks and one side table leg were broken and need fixing. Thanks to Swan tower hotel, we had a great stay.

The place was generally clean, but there was no drinking water in the rooms, so guests have to buy it outside. There wasn’t any liquid dish soap either. They also raise prices on weekends without considering permanent guests, who should have a special fixed rate at all times and on all occasions.
