The phone call was the worst part. While I was speaking, a staff member hung up on me instead of hearing me out or trying to resolve my concern. I found that insulting and completely unacceptable. The staff came across as rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, with no courtesy or hospitality. Paying to stay somewhere should mean being treated with basic respect, not ignored or mistreated. I hope management takes this seriously and holds the employees responsible, because this sort of behavior will damage the hotel’s reputation. It was a deeply frustrating stay, and I would never return or recommend the place to anyone who values proper customer service.

Mr. Ashraf stood out during our stay at SWAY Suites. He was cheerful, approachable, always smiling, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The reception team welcomed us warmly from the start, and the service throughout was responsive and respectful. The rooms and shared areas were very clean, which made the place feel comfortable. I had a wonderful visit to SWAY Suites in Manama, Bahrain, and it exceeded what I expected. It seems suited to business or family trips, with a personal touch. Thanks to the whole team, especially Ashraf. We’ll be back.

We woke up to find there was no electricity in our room, and we hadn’t been given the same room we booked. On top of that, the hotel was noisy from 5 in the morning, with staff yelling, screaming, and laughing loudly while cleaning rooms on our floor. Really not worth it.

The price was unbelievably affordable for the quality, and Sway Suites is thoughtfully accessible for different travelers. I had an incredible stay. The rooms were spotless, nicely designed, and had all the modern amenities. Staff did more than expected to make me comfortable and at home. The location also made it easy to get to key attractions and services in Bahrain. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay without spending too much.
