Outside street and traffic noise at night made it a little hard to sleep, so light sleepers might want to ask for a quieter room. Otherwise, it was a really solid stay: clean rooms, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a smooth check-in. Everything felt well maintained.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and bigger than we expected, with a good layout. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the food portions and menu prices were reasonable. Breakfast was very good, except the made-to-order egg omelette, which the station cook didn’t seem to know how to make well. That, plus a few annoyances, brought this to about a 3.5-star experience for us. There was no laundry bag unless requested, though it should have been provided by default. The safety lock box didn’t work, and we only got one bath towel for a suite that could hold two or more people. An extra might have been provided if we’d asked, but we shouldn’t have needed to. We could also hear conversations and other sounds, likely coming through the AC vents, so the soundproofing needs work. Fix these things and it could be a 5-star stay.

Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Jessa was a really friendly, attentive server, and manager Khalid kept things running smoothly. Great value.

We had plenty of space to relax in our comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of food and drinks to pick from each morning. Everyone on staff was welcoming, very friendly, and ready to help. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, too, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The food was delicious, nicely presented, and a pleasure to eat. We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresidences Juffair, with comfort, cleanliness, and a lovely atmosphere throughout. The team was professional and gave us a warm welcome. Special thanks to the management for their strong leadership and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.❤️
