The hotel is in a busy area but the place itself is quiet. The room wasn't very new or high quality, but it was fine. There was a bad smell outside the room, and unfortunately they don't provide phone chargers for foreign guests.

The first thing I found at check-in was stained bed linen. Cleanliness was only at the bare minimum you'd expect.

I've been back with my family more than once, and each visit has brought better service and more comfort. I'm Saudi, and I consider this a top hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Shetty, who always seems to find a way to solve any problem. God is my witness, he's a sincere person.

The manager kindly upgraded my room at no extra charge, and the rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

We had everything we needed to feel comfortable in the Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suite, and the hospitality was excellent. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.
