Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain

I’m leaving this on behalf of my parents, who stayed here in December and absolutely loved it. They said the whole visit was perfect, from beginning to end. The location had beautiful views and a relaxing feel, and they found the food outstanding, with wonderful quality, presentation, and variety. Their room was spotless, beautiful, and comfortable. They also felt very well looked after by every staff member, who were professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They’d highly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back. An unforgettable stay for them.

I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, and this visit stood out. Everything had a royal feel from the moment we arrived, with top-notch facilities that were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. A special thank you to Director Ishaq Al Awadhi, whose personal attention and genuine care ensured we received the very best service. The stay felt like living in a dream. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to disconnect and unwind.

There were so many lovely places to sit outside, whether by the main pool, the quieter one near the spa, the beach, or the infinity pool. The gardens were stunning, and the infinity pool was beautiful, with complimentary water served by it. We had breakfast on the lovely terrace, with a wide selection to choose from. The day before, we’d arrived to a warm welcome from attentive staff who greeted us with smiles and made us feel special. Our room on the 4th floor was luxurious and well laid out, with a high standard of fittings and an amazing view of the pool, beach, and sea. We ate at the Lebanese restaurant. The lamb shank was delicious and big enough to share as a main, and my husband enjoyed his well-cooked half chicken. I loved the Beirut cocktail. It made for a relaxing staycation in Bahrain. We ran out of time to try the other restaurants or take a canal trip, so we’ll be back. Thanks to all the staff for their welcoming, attentive service.

Kazem, Omaima, and Sherita made me feel very welcome. I arrived at 12:00 and my room was ready then. They’d left birthday cake and flowers for me, and kindly upgraded my room too, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with a large, well-designed bathroom and bathtub, a balcony, and an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel is generally quiet and relaxing. I tried Zahret Al Fayrouz Restaurant. The quality was average and the prices were very high, though it was still an experience. The resort itself is peaceful and clean, but a bit far from the city. It was an excellent visit overall, and I don’t think it’ll be my last. They offer valet parking, and when I got into my car at checkout, they gave me cookies, a lovely, thoughtful touch.
