Hamilton Princess - Fairmont Gold Experience

The Pina Colada was absolutely incredible, and the warm welcome from Paulene and Alessa made the whole experience memorable. They explained the different services and experiences at the hotel in a friendly, engaging way that made me eager to explore what Hamilton Princess has to offer. Since I also grew up in the Philippines, it was refreshing to connect with them and hear their tips about things to do in Bermuda. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome. The hospitality and their welcoming aura helped me forget my worries for a while. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The staff were the reason this trip felt so special. From the Fairmont Gold Lounge and pool to reception, everyone was lovely and worked harder than staff at any other hotel I've been to. On our first day, we could tell the guests and staff were friends. My family got to know Rollie, George, Peter, and Pascual best, though truly the whole team was wonderful. The Fairmont Gold Lounge experience was incredible, and the team worked so hard to give guests the best stay they could. Even the bell hops, Mikey and Bernard I believe, were so welcoming when we got out of the taxi. The hotel itself was super lovely, and my family and I had an absolutely wonderful few days in Bermuda. I can't recommend it enough based on how genuinely nice and caring the staff were.

George and Peter treated us so well. They were attentive, joyful, and sometimes mischievous, which made them a lot of fun and very charming. Alicia helped us arrange reservations and gave us general advice several times. She was always pleasant and professional, made us feel welcome, and ensured we were well served. The Gold Lounge staff made our visit especially special. My wife and I returned to the Princess Hotel to celebrate our 25th anniversary, as we'd done several years ago. The upgrades were fine, although a few decorations puzzled us. All the same, we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks so much to each of you!

A peaceful getaway at The Pink Palace, with tasteful decor, tranquil vibes, and lovely amenities like plush robes and bath slippers. I enjoyed a hot cuppa tea with finger sandwiches, scones, jam, and clotted cream, then something sweet to go with it. Sipping water by my bedside felt like pure zen. The spa boutique fitness center was total relaxation mode, and the staff were warm and friendly. My private event getaway was unforgettable, with a peaceful atmosphere and royal treatment. Take in that fresh air and the magical moments of bliss, whatever mother nature is up to. The Pink Palace awaits, 5/5 STARS. CHEERS!
