Muriel at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and Cassius was always friendly and attentive at breakfast. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and eager to help. The free shuttle to Hamilton was a real convenience, with waits of only a few minutes. The happy hour in the evening was lovely and gave us a chance to meet other guests. The property is beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Our room was spotless, the amenities seemed new or freshly refreshed, and housekeeping was top tier. It’s one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. A couple of small things could be better: sound carries between rooms, and breakfast was fine but a little underwhelming next to the hotel’s otherwise high standards. We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Royal Palms Hotel and would happily return and recommend it.

We were back at Royal Palms Hotel the first week of February 2026, and they upgraded our room without us asking. The staff are fabulous, and it’s an easy walk to Front Street and the restaurants. Our room was lovely, and continental breakfast was included. Highly recommend. We’re already looking forward to next year’s visit.

Beautiful grounds, a superb location, and clean, comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast was lovely too, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It’s our first visit, but we’ll definitely be back.

It’s a very quiet place with a classic old Bermuda feel, and an easy, pleasant walk takes you to central Hamilton. A top choice if you’re on the island for business or want a change from the relative isolation of the beach resorts. It feels like my Bermuda home away from home.

We’ve been staying at Royal Palms since 2013 and love this small boutique hotel. The building and grounds are impeccably maintained, and Hamilton is an easy walk away. On top of that, it’s the best service we’ve experienced. Highly recommended!
