The convenient location and friendly, helpful staff were positives, and the service was polite. But the cleanliness needs serious work. At check-in the bathroom and toilet hadn't been cleaned properly: there were visible marks on the toilet seat, dirty grout, and soap scum on the shower tiles. A strong urine smell in the bathroom spread into the room. I'd seen an Agoda review about urine stains on a toilet seat and thought it might be an isolated case, but the same thing happened during my stay. We arrived very late and were there for only one night, so we decided to put up with it. At breakfast the next morning, some cups also had visible stains, which made me question the hygiene standards.

The room was a decent size, but poorly maintained, with mould in one corner. I got a room facing the mall's split AC units and vent shafts, so it was noisy. The hallway carpets smelled, breakfast was basic, and room cleaning was irregular and below basic. The hotel is close to the airport.

The one good thing was the location above a mall, where you can walk down. That's why I gave it two stars instead of one. The rest was bad. There were countless ants on the desk, and one morning I found a dead cockroach beside the bed. The place is very outdated and things are broken, including a leaking sink. WiFi topped out at 1 mbps in my speed test, and there were countless service problems I don't want to detail here. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the menu never changes. There was mould on the mirror too. I don't recommend it. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. J hotel is very good.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and very comfortable, with a wonderful bed and bright toilets. It's also close to the airport and plenty of restaurants.
