Jeruton Hotel

The rooms are spacious and the accommodation was clean, with an affordable price that works for families. Just watch children on the stairs since there’s no lift. Some rooms also need better air conditioning, as ours wasn’t cold enough.

I’m trying to ask about an item I left at your hotel, but no one has replied to my email or Facebook Messenger. How are you supposed to help customers who leave valuable things behind? Are they expected to come back to the hotel in person? What if they’re overseas?

The customer service was so good, and the price was good too. The surroundings were peaceful. I checked out today, 19/11/2023, and the room was okay apart from gecko droppings scattered everywhere, on both sides. Even if a room hasn’t been used, please check that it’s clean.

The staff just lay on the sofa by the stairs, seemingly ignoring guests as they passed, which felt unpleasant. The room situation was a dilemma too. When we checked in during the rain, our first floor room had a wet floor, probably from a window leak, and faced shop lots converted into staff housing, making it feel like we were in staff quarters. We were glad to switch to a room facing the main road, but the traffic noise was like sleeping next to a racetrack.
