The price felt fair for what I got. I stayed four nights, and the room was clean, the AC was strong, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was part of the stay and had plenty of options. The WiFi was the real downside. Even basic browsing was painfully slow at times, despite two networks being available on the fourth floor. Airport transfers cost 15 BDs each way and aren't included, though you can book one yourself on the DART app for around 10 BD.

The free shuttle to the hotel was the one bright spot. It's also close to the mosque and city centre, with a pedestrian bridge about five minutes away. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're on a tight budget. My room had little bugs all over and wasn't clean. The shower's hot water lasted only about three minutes, and breakfast felt like it was just there for the sake of it.

The room was clean, and the location worked well, with The One nearby and a grocery shop behind it. One staff member seemed moody, but the rest were nice. I'd recommend the place.

When we arrived, the room was clean and fairly cozy, so it seemed fine for a few nights. That was about the extent of the good points. The shower was broken and barely let water through, and breakfast was very poor. We'd expected a beautiful hotel with great service in Brunei, but there was no free airport transfer, and nobody answered the phone or our messages. We wouldn't stay there again.

They wouldn't cancel my booking even though my plans had changed for valid reasons. How can a hotel in one of the richest countries in the world justify a cash grab like that?
