Really comfortable bed, nice room, good view, and good facilities. The location was central but quiet, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and even creative about arranging a rental car. My stay was just perfect, except the third floor smelled a bit and the windows couldn't be opened.

I stayed in a Deluxe room with two single beds, and felt itchy lying on the bed, so that's a star off for me. Otherwise, the room was clean and had comfy beds, free Wi-Fi, a fridge, hair dryer, slippers, a laid-back chair, hot shower, TV, writing table, spacious wardrobe, and complimentary coffee and tea. It's right in central KB town. There isn't a lift, so you'll need to take the stairs to the first floor and above. Luckily, a bellhop offered to carry our luggage.

I stayed for a week, and the room was great for the price. The bed was so comfy, and the toilet was very clean. The hotel is right in the middle of Kuala Belait Town, with a small restaurant in the hotel serving food until night. There are plenty of other eateries, shops, and pharmacies nearby. For this price range, it's excellent overall.

The staff were helpful and nice. The room was great, with comfortable beds and bathroom, and really good lighting. Basic amenities are provided, along with coffee, tea, and drinking water.

Good value for money if you don't mind a bit of exercise, since there's no lift to the upper floors. It's a nice, cosy place for a business stay.
