The Centrepoint Hotel

The nasi lemak was a highlight at breakfast, especially the sambal, and there were lots of local pastries and cakes too. The hotel is still in good condition despite having been open for a while, and The Coffee Bean & Leaf is in the building. Its location is very handy for malls and nearby restaurants like McD, Jolibee, KFC, and Papparich. Mr. Zul gave very good service when I checked in, and the restaurant team were good apart from the staff at the entrance, who could do with a more sincere smile. Mr. Helmi and the other staff on duty at checkout were also good. The room was very cold, and the temperature control only lets you switch it on or off. I was disappointed when I reported an issue with the sports broadcast and the channel stopped working. A technician checked the TV and then left without giving me an update.

There's a good selection of stores nearby and the location is good. The staff are friendly, but the room had issues: my bathtub leaked, the tub was set very high, and there was no hot water.

I was here on a business trip, staying at center point hotel. The water situation in Brunei is back to normal now, but the hotel needs to improve its service. The equipment is too old, and there was no hot water. I was very disappointed with my stay.

I came with my family and was very disappointed by the WiFi and the food menu. Breakfast was the same every day, and there wasn't enough hot water for a bath.
