I liked the poolside room setup. Sliding open the door takes you straight to the pool, and a wall keeps the room view private (see the first photo). The pool was clean and nice, with little boats and a big inflatable castle that I think is available in the evening. There’s no separate kids’ pool. Parking is free, and you can park on level 3 by the lobby instead of going to the basement. The staff and service were great. Breakfast was fine, though the choices and taste weren’t anything special. The photos show the extra charges and services.

We were here for a karate tournament, and the location worked really well for that kind of event. Shops, restaurants, and pop-up sellers are all in the same building. The room was very comfortable, and even though housekeeping was busy, they did a good job.

Being right beside the highway was noisy and annoying, although the location does give you a great view. The rooms are decent and the view is amazing, but they were dirty and less comfortable than rooms at other hotels. People mention the service, but I didn’t notice much from reception myself.

The gym was okay, and our stay was pleasant overall. Service was quick and friendly. One issue: my room card wouldn’t take me to level 4 on the middle elevator. We were satisfied with the stay.

I first visited around late 2015, when I think the hotel had just opened. Back then reception was on the ground floor, though it’s on level 3 now. I remember being blown away by the big pools and the gym, as well as the room. Having the shopping centre and Cineplex so easily accessible was really convenient. I might come back around December this year, and hope things have improved since my last visit 10 years ago :)
