The location and service were good, but I saw about seven stray dogs around the hotel perimeter every day. They sometimes attack people who come near, and their barking woke me almost every midnight and early morning. I also heard people screaming because of the aggressive dogs. I’m concerned they put guests in danger, including the risk of rabies. Until this is resolved, I’d recommend staying at another hotel or elsewhere in KB. Safety comes first. I managed to take a video of the aggressive dogs.

There’s a dedicated jogging path for morning or evening walks, and next to the OGC is an old sports arena with a newer tartan track. The town is small but clean. The hotel is right in Seria town; from the window or balcony you can see the sea side over the town. Shell Oil n Gas Centre is about 500m north. The room was clean and tidy, though smaller than I expected. It had wifi, a telephone line, and a good toilet and bath.

The rooms don’t have much space, and the breakfast nook is cosy but the food choices are limited. It’s a clean, tidy place, with pleasant staff who create a warm atmosphere.

The hotel has internet, hot showers, and a comfortable bed, all in one package. It’s within walking distance of all the restaurants. As the only tall building in Seria, it’s the best accommodation you can find here.

The room was clean and had a nice view, but the blanket and towels felt damp and smelled damp too. The bidet was broken.
