The food service staff never seem very friendly. Every time I’ve been there, it’s felt like they were having a bad day, and I mean every time.

Right in the city center, which is convenient, though the area can get noisy, especially on weekends. The hotel looks a little dated but is perfectly adequate. There’s a buffet breakfast with sweet and savory choices, and you can take the elevator or stairs. The staff are very friendly and dedicated.

It’s a pleasant hotel, and the cleanliness and staff attention stand out. The rooms and bathrooms do need renovating, though. I hope they get those changes done soon, as they’d give the hotel a new lease on life.
