The reception staff were professional and very nice, and my room was super clean. The central location is another plus. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it wasn’t especially pleasant either. For the price, it’s decent value overall. Some advertised amenities cost extra. My room was okay, but there was no kettle, air conditioning, iron and board, or hairdryer. When I asked, I was told those cost extra. The airport shuttle was advertised at 70 Bolivian, but I was charged 120 Bolivian 120. It’s not a huge amount, but I would’ve appreciated clear information. Breakfast was passable and the staff were good, but the pastries were stale, like they’d come from the freezer. The coffee was awful, lukewarm tar, honestly the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in the world. Would I stay again? Not sure.

The rooms have safes and small fridges, and some have great views. They’re also ample in size. The look and feel is vintage. Well located and good value for the price.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms and common areas are kept pretty clean. The location is okay, close to some nice restaurants. But for the price, the premises feel outdated and there aren’t many modern entertainment services. The TVs are small, the cable is awful, and the hotel gives little information about its premises, services, or nearby amenities.

The rooms are comfortable, but the fare is much more expensive than at similar hotels in the area. The elevators don’t always work properly, and you may get trapped for a few minutes.

The rooftop view is awesome, especially at sunrise with the Christ statue in the foreground. The food is excellent, and the staff were top notch. Great service and hospitality.
