The staff were really helpful and nice, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I booked a private room, but it was small, old, and didn't feel cozy. The toilet lid won't stay up, so it rested against my back the whole time I used it.

A heritage building in the colonial part of La Paz, with clean rooms and friendly staff. One of the best hostels I've stayed in, and definitely the best in La Paz. Highly recommend.

The staff were all awesome and helpful, and there are little common areas all over the place. The rooftop terrace has a great view. I loved this hostel, tucked into a cool alley with cafes and art galleries. The private rooms are huge and have heaters. But yeah, as other reviews say, don't touch the showers unless you want to cop a boot.

The location was nice and the staff were pleasant, but that doesn't make up for nearly being killed. I got an electric shock in the shower from a faulty electric shower head. Very dangerous. The bedding was fairly scratchy too.
