Hotel Boutique Vivenzo

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and helpful during the couple of nights we stayed. Greetings from Malta 🇲🇹

The staff were so kind and attentive, and I'd happily stay here again. Our room was comfortable and roomy enough, and there was water available. Breakfast was decent, and the woman working there was especially friendly. It's very close to the main square, with the Witcher market about a 15-minute walk away. We were away for two nights on an excursion to Uyuni, and they stored our luggage. When we got back, they also let us check in early, which helped a lot since we were dealing with altitude sickness.

The location was good, and being on one of several floors meant traffic itself wasn't much of a disturbance. Still, it didn't feel like a 3-star hotel. The place wasn't very clean, the bathroom had no hot water, and the lighting was dim.

The standout for me was the service. Alvaro Huanca was great at communicating and helping us, and his English was impressive, especially since English-speaking staff seemed rare in La Paz. He was keen to learn and communicate in English, and gave us useful advice about what to do and avoid so we felt informed and comfortable. The breakfast team were lovely too, especially a young woman whose name I unfortunately can't remember. She was always smiling and eager to help. At Hotel Boutique Vivenzo, the hospitality was amazing from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and fresh juices, which made mornings a treat. The whole facility was top-notch. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Paz.
