We had a great time here. The staff were kind, pleasant, and helped us out a lot, and the service, rooms, and location were all great. Breakfast had a decent range of items, and you could order eggs for extra. The one letdown was the shower. They said the hot water takes a while, but after about ten minutes it still wasn't warm, so we felt we were wasting water and took a cold shower. That was the only downside. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality!

The location is great, and the receptionist and staff were very nice. But the rooms were full of bed bugs, and I ended up covered in bites. The cleaning staff didn't clean the room during the day, leaving the bugs undisturbed. I'm sparing everyone photos of how I looked, out of decency.

The hotel is always clean, and the staff are consistently pleasant and willing to help. Their service is at a high level.

The reception staff can speak English, and they called us a taxi to the bus station. The location is great. Our room was spacious and nice, but it looked very old and the lighting was weak, so it felt dark. We got dirty towels twice, though they replaced them when we asked. Breakfast was “included,” but only ham and cheese. Eggs and other items cost extra. Card payments are accepted, with a 4% fee.

The reception staff were really nice and friendly. We arrived early, left our bags, and were able to check in around 10am, which was great. The bed was comfortable and warm, though the washroom was small and dated. The room was okay, and apart from the breakfast, the hotel was good. The breakfast staff were rude and not helpful.
