The rooms are in bad shape and some are grimy, even though the lower floors look beautiful. The tub and sink were completely plugged, and the rooms were very hot. There’s heat but no air conditioning; fans were ordered, but never delivered. Wake up calls didn’t happen either. Out of the 14 travelers on OAT, we all agreed this was bad. Fine for a convention, but not somewhere I’d want to stay. It has the feel of a place that’s trying to be sold.

The bar was great, and the food and facilities were nice. Still, it was good rather than great, and Radisson was better for quality, service, and installations.

There’s no website, it doesn’t show up on booking or other search engines, and there’s no messaging or WhatsApp. Do you really have to call just to find the price and make a booking?

If your children are over 12, be aware they have to get their own room under the hotel policy. My niece was 16, so they made us pay for two rooms. Absurd.

The food service was good and fast, and the wifi was fast too. I stayed in a two bed room at this fancy hotel and expected a flat TV, but found an old TV instead. That surprised me.
