When I tried to pay in Bolivianos, they wanted to charge me 10 bolivianos per dollar. Edit: They're claiming I didn't stay here, but I have a receipt proving I did. I grayed out my girlfriend's name and my signature for privacy.

Stay away! They seem to be trying to rip you off, charging double what you'd expect and blaming it on the crisis, hahaha. There are hotels nearby that ask for a fair price and are even better than this one.

We got in from the night bus at 6.00, hoping to leave our bags, but they let us check in so we could get more sleep. Couldn't believe it! The room, bed, and bathroom were all really nice. Breakfast wasn't much, but there was some variety and it was good for the price. The bed wasn't cold, even without a heater, and the price was low. We paid in Bolivian pesos, which I'd generally recommend. They used a 7.5 conversion rate for our stay, compared with the official 6.9. That was fine with us since we got 12.5 for them.

It was cheap, but not very good. The room didn't feel fresh or clean, though the pillows were good. Breakfast was poor, just a piece of bread with butter and yam, coffee, and a small bowl of cereal. I had to find an early morning snack. Payment was a mess. They were meant to send us a payment link, but we never got it. The card payment didn't work even though they had a terminal, and cash wasn't possible because they didn't have change. In the end, they managed to send a link via WhatsApp.
