We're simple backpackers and weren't expecting luxury, but this was a terrible stay. I've never slept on a worse mattress, and I woke up with awful back pain. The double bed cost an eye-watering 36 USD, yet reception didn't understand the problem or offer any discount, and we were treated disrespectfully. Any hostel would have been better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't choose this hotel. The staff were really unfriendly, and 36 dollars a night is far too much for a place like this. I've never slept on a worse mattress, and the pillow was hard as a stone. They wouldn't even give us a discount for that awful hotel.

Daily cleaning, towels, air conditioning, and breakfast are included, and the service is excellent. A great spot in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, just a few blocks from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, Tahuichi Stadium, and the market.
