They didn't seem interested in helping anyone. They don't speak fluent Spanish and wouldn't answer questions about the prices advertised online or what the room included. The residence itself is very nice, and the service is good, but the lively area makes it hard to sleep. It's a good place with a bad location.

I couldn't get any rest, with music playing and people upstairs cleaning or moving furniture. The service was terrible, and there was no hot water in the shower even after I waited more than half an hour. I didn't sleep at all because the bedspread made my whole body itch. Worst residence I've ever stayed in 👎

They charged 100 bs a night for one person, though it should've been 50. The room was full of cockroaches, and the nearby bars were really noisy.
