I stopped by for a couple of beers and was struck by the amazing view from the restaurant. There weren’t many other guests, which I found surprising given the location and outlook. It seems like there’s potential to draw people visiting La recoleta. I read other reviews to see what visitors thought. With this location and view, I think they could attract more people if they advertised and offered reasonable, negotiable menu prices. 2025DEC27_Two beers and one Coke cost 80Bs in total.

Lovely views over the city, and the food was tasty in a pleasant atmosphere. The meat could have been more tender, and the mushrooms didn’t seem fresh.

A peaceful, simple place to stay on a hilltop, with an unbeatable view of historic downtown Sucre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s a few feet from the recoletta square and market.
