The apartments are perfectly equipped and super clean, and the hosts are lovely. We’ve stayed three times, and every visit has been fantastic. It’s about a five-minute walk to the town center, and the rooftop has fantastic views over the boulevard and water. Highly recommend.
The apartment was much nicer in person than in the pictures: big, beautiful, and super clean. Ours was the one by the street, with lots of windows, so it felt bright. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and a big fridge, and there were two fans and one AC. A mosquito net on every window was a huge plus. The host was very nice, and the airport pickup and drop-off worked perfectly. When the AC had a problem, it was fixed right away. It’s also close to the city centre, with fast wifi. A couple of things to know: payment is cash only, though we knew that beforehand, and the shower pressure was very weak. The building is on the main road, and there’s a Bonaire “biker scene” where people seem to enjoy riding custom bikes as loudly as possible, so evenings and nights can get pretty loud. If we return to Bonaire, we’d definitely book with Unaika again, especially for the price-performance ratio.
The host was so kind, and the apartments are super clean now that all the renovations are done. I had an amazing stay. The building is very close to the water and has a great view from the rooftop. Would highly recommend.
The upgrades in 2025 made the inconvenience in 2024 worthwhile. Great location, beautiful views, and excellent hosts.
Right in the center of Kralendijk, these new apartments are really nice and clean. The owners are friendly, and the terrace has a stunning view of the sea and surrounding area.
