The breakfast was wonderful, and you can have it brought to your room or served by the pool at a time you choose. The staff were cordial and gave very good service throughout our stay. Adriana, the owner, welcomed us at an agreed time, showed us around, and made herself available whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and friendly manner made the whole stay especially pleasant. The inn has a different, homelike feel, from the welcome through to departure.

The pool is heated and lovely, though we didn't get to use the SPA this time. Breakfast is included and generous. You just message Adriana to reserve a time and say whether you'd like it in your room or another hotel space whose name I can't remember. You can choose anything from the menu or leave items out. There are only six rooms, and ours was wonderful, with a great bed, powerful air conditioning, and an excellent bathroom. Adriana gave us a great welcome and explained how everything works in a clear, simple way. The parking process is easy: you keep the room key and garage remote. There are only four spaces, but you can park outside, which feels very safe, or leave your car in front of another one and put the key in a tray by the entrance so it can be moved. If you arrive late, use the remote and enter the code at the door. I don't understand the negative reviews about this or why some people can't follow simple instructions. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return, even if just for a weekend.

I was unsure about the huge number of five-star reviews at first, but after staying at Villa Boréal I saw for myself that they were genuine. I chose it for New Year's in the Circuito das Águas region because I wanted somewhere away from the crowds, and it was even better in person than I expected. The inn was clean in every area. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bedding and towels were fresh-smelling and bright white. The pillows were especially soft and comfortable. The golden bathroom fixtures and decorative details showed how much care goes into the place. Breakfast was another highlight. Every day Michele brought a delicious basket to our room at the scheduled time. The owners deserve congratulations for all the care they put into the inn. We'll be back soon. Adriana was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and answered our questions quickly. The staff, Michele and her husband, were wonderful too, always polite and smiling, with fantastic service.

Adriana's welcome really helped make our stay special. The inn is quiet, just right if you need to rest, and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, honestly. I also had an amazing massage at the Spa. What a great experience!
