The pool was excellent for swimming, even for small kids. Some people say it's too cold, but I thought the temperature was just right. It's not a jacuzzi, as some seem to expect. There's a sauna as well. Breakfast had lots of choices, though many were made with white flour. The pão de cheijo wasn't like the ones in Minas Gerais to me, and could have had more cheese. There was a big selection, but not all the options were great. Our room was good, but controlling the shower temperature precisely was difficult, which was manageable but disappointing. We also had dinner at the hotel once. The portions were good, the food average, and it wasn't expensive. A good hotel that's close to excellent, but still needs a few improvements to earn five out of five. Four out of five feels deserved.

The heated pool was really nice, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. I loved staying there. The staff were super polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We also ordered the dinner they offer one evening. It costs extra, but the food was really tasty and there was a lot of it. Definitely worth it.
