The team were wonderful and did everything they could for us. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, there was hot water, and breakfast was substantial. Thank you.

We only stayed one night at Soft Inn, but it was enough to see how well trained and prepared the staff are to welcome guests. We arrived tired and just wanted to rest, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely hot shower and a fully equipped bathroom. The towels were truly clean and smelled fresh, not just perfumed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer too. The bed and pillows were excellent, and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and just right before getting back on the road. We’d definitely come back and recommend it!

It’s a new hotel with good facilities, free parking, complimentary water and coffee, and everything was clean and pleasant. There’s a lot of traffic on the street, so it gets a little noisy. Breakfast is quite basic, but I liked the place 👍

For me, this is the best place to stay in Alagoinhas. The reception service was great, cleanliness impeccable, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Ten out of ten ✔️

The location was good, and the room was excellent. Everything was clean and organized, and there’s a restaurant and parking. Breakfast was standard. I’d be happy to stay here again.
