Country Inn, Suites & Condo

The only things I enjoyed were breakfast, the hot shower from the Lorenzetti electric heater, and the staff member who tried to sort out the problems. The location also didn’t work for me. It’s quite far from the town center, so you need a car to reach the shops. I’d booked a De Luxe double suite, but the room didn’t come close to what that label suggested. It needed maintenance and cleaning: the toilet seat was breaking, the bathroom door was damaged, the shower had a basic plastic curtain, and the bathroom light was awful. There were stains and cracks on the bedroom walls, musty pillows, moths, and even a spider on the ceiling over the bed, along with several drain flies. When I raised my concerns about the place’s appearance on arrival, the person in charge said nothing could be done. They require payment in advance, which left me tied to the booking. I contacted the person in charge by WhatsApp before posting this.

I loved it and would definitely come back, even though I couldn’t stay longer. The owners are so kind and attentive, and breakfast was excellent. At night, I loved hearing the river nearby. It’s a wonderful spot to unwind, and the town center is lovely in the evening. Just beautiful. May God bless this lovely couple. Congratulations!

The inn is a handy base for seeing both São Pedro da Serra and Lumiar by car, since it sits between the two. We also got help picking out good outings, and the service was excellent. The garden is beautiful and well cared for, the pool was clean, and there’s indoor parking. They’re pet friendly, too. There’s a restaurant serving pizza until 9 p.m., plus drinks and other conveniences. Our room didn’t have air conditioning, but we didn’t miss it in the cool mountain weather. Breakfast was generous.

We had a lovely holiday, with the cool mountain weather making it even better. The hosts were attentive and the breakfast was really tasty, so the cozy atmosphere suited us well. It’s near the square in São Pedro da Serra, a nice place to clear your head, and Lumiar is only a few kilometers away, giving us plenty of options both day and night.
