Villa Azaléia

The owner gave us plenty of help in person and on WhatsApp, sharing tips about restaurants, outings, and trails in the area. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. Our stay was flawless. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped, and the private pool was genuinely warm even in cold weather. The mountain view was spectacular, with macaws flying by and landing in the garden trees. The landscaping is beautiful and preserves much of the cerrado within the property.

The owner welcomed us so warmly, even washing our car, which was such a sweet gesture. He knows all the waterfalls and restaurants. The intimate chalets have fireplaces and lovely heated pools, and the kitchen has what you need, including an air fryer. Spectacular stay, highly recommend. I already want to come back!

We stayed in Chalé 1, and I thought it was wonderful. It’s close to the main avenue and easy to reach by car. The chalet feels intimate, elegant, comfortable, and very clean, ideal for a couple, though there’s also a room with bunk beds that we didn’t use. The view is perfect, but because we visited during the rainy season, the sky wasn’t starry. The heated hydromassage pool was lovely both day and night. There’s a cozy, private spot for a fireplace, which we didn’t use because our stay was short. We chose this chalet knowing it didn’t have a full kitchen, since we planned to eat at restaurants. It does have a coffee maker, microwave, and minibar. If you enjoy nature, you’ll often see macaws from the balcony. I’ll definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful! The place was spotless and organized, from the booking right through the end of the stay. Very professional and so much care. I loved it and highly recommend this place.
