The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent, but the place itself is very basic. My bed was acceptable, though the pillows were uncomfortable, and my room smelled of sewage coming up through the drain. The toilet paper holder was broken too. Getting the air conditioning to work took several calls from the receptionist to different people, and even then it felt like a makeshift fix. The entrance is easy to miss, parking is over 100 meters away, and the place isn't accessible.

The staff were great, and there are rooms in different sizes at different prices. It’s right in the center of Anápolis. Go, and I’d recommend staying here. A very nice place.

There was no wardrobe, and the bathroom door was see-through. There was also a floor cover inside the room that looked like it might be for electrical wiring or sewage. The window air conditioner didn’t look sanitized or clean.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the parking felt secure, though it’s on another street away from the building. The receptionists were very attentive, and the room was very clean. The mattress wasn’t good, and the air conditioner cooled well but made some noise.
