The kids club staff were the highlight for us. The “beach friends” were full of energy and put on great entertainment for the kids, day and night. We also really enjoyed the clean, well-kept resort and its great location, with plenty of pools and parks. Poolside food and service were great, and there were lots of lifeguards. The massage and hair services at the spa were fantastic. Thanks for such an amazing trip!

Getting to Beach Park from the hotel was easy, and the rooms we stayed in were clean and had everything we needed. The staff made us feel welcome, and there are great amenities. If you're visiting Fortaleza and the nearby beaches, I'd highly recommend renting a car to get around. Local restaurants and breakfast spots are easy to reach too, if you need them.

What stood out most was how the hotel looked after us when my son got a little sunstroke at the beach. They arranged a cab, covered the cost, and took us to their infirmary in Beach Park at almost 8 pm. Someone stayed with us the whole time, until we got back and they confirmed he was okay. I know it wasn't their problem, but they treated it like it was and kept helping until everything was all right. That kind of care isn't common, even after staying in lots of places. The room was very clean, the location is amazing right in front of Beach Park, and it wasn't crowded. The service and care amazed me. This is the BEST place to stay in Porto das Dunas. I'll be back many times. Thanks a lot! And one more thing, this is Disney-level stuff. They're on another level compared with a regular hotel or renting a house.
