The games area was the best part for us, with ping-pong, snooker, and table football. I also had a great time during our two nights here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a small gym and an outdoor pool, though I didn't try either. Handsome Thiago is my favorite ❤. Hope I can come back soon!

The heated pool was beautiful and relaxing, and we had an excellent room with a great view. The restaurant's outdoor area has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the food was excellent too.

Evenings in the lobby can be noisy, with lots of children playing around. It's a very child-friendly hotel, so that may not suit everyone, though it didn't bother me. The outdoor pool is nice but small. Breakfast was excellent, the rooms decent, and the service generally friendly and great. Dinner was the drawback: it took more than an hour for the food to arrive, and everyone arrived at different times. Still, it's a nice place to stay in Morumbi.
