The kitchen was filthy and stank, and the breakfast sausage was rotten, green instead of red. The room and the rest of the place felt badly neglected, a far cry from what’s advertised. It was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The old mattress was terribly uncomfortable and looked unclean, so getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. The bedding seemed like it hadn’t been properly washed either. A frustrating, unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

I didn’t like how I was treated, especially by the employee, and I agree with the previous review about him. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so I had to switch rooms. Someone also entered my room without my consent. Booking said pets were accepted, but they wouldn’t allow my 2 kg pet because it barked, and they wouldn’t refund the payment.

I paid 600,00 for just one night in November. The city was full because of events, and I couldn’t find another room, even at a more expensive hotel, so I had to stay here. The room was awful, tiny, and everything in it was rusty. There was no water in the minibar, which was rusty too. The bed was very uncomfortable. The walls were dirty and the decor was old. The hotel badly needs renovation, especially for what it charges. I wouldn’t recommend it.
