Vila Ecospa

I only found out the day before check-in, while already travelling, that the hotel had cancelled my Booking reservation. It was marked confirmed, and Booking had charged my credit card. I learned about the cancellation only because I contacted the accommodation to give my arrival time. They sent a brief message through the platform saying it was cancelled, and that was it. Why leave it marked as confirmed, ignore my messages, and not refund what I paid? This feels like bad faith. Booking should remove this place from the platform if it won’t honor the reservations it accepts.

The beach is close enough to walk to, including for an early morning stroll, and a sunset spot is nearby by car. The outdoor areas were comfortable, and we met other guests enjoying the place too. Our host was available from the start, explained how the stay worked and how to get there, then showed us the accommodation and shared spaces. You can rent a house with a barbecue area and shared pool, or a room with a shared kitchen and access to those facilities. The kitchen has all the utensils, plus somewhere to keep food cold, and some rooms also have a minibar. Our room had a double bed, air conditioning, and a hot shower, everything we needed.

Such a peaceful place, and the welcome was so warm. Everything was really well organized. I recommend it to everyone.

The owners are fantastic, and the rooms look lovely. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool, barbecue, pizza oven, and more. It’s also really close to the beach. For a fair price, this felt like the best place to stay in Aracaju. Already want to come back.
