Awesome!

The place is nice and clean, but the service, especially breakfast, is a real hassle. If the inn is full, there aren't enough tables for everyone. Breakfast feels overly complicated: they bring small portions and keep replenishing them, so something is always missing and the staff are constantly busy. The egg seems to be treated like gold. You have to order it, and they bring each guest's order one by one, so you lose a lot of time waiting.

I arrived to find a very pleasant setting, but the receptionist ruined my day. She was extremely unfriendly, and all the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. The room fell short: the bed was very hard and the TV didn't work. The pool was dirty, with lots of dead insects in it. Around 6 p.m. I had to ask them to turn on the lights by the pool because we were sitting in the dark, and they still didn't do it. There was nobody to help with anything. Breakfast was awful, with few choices, warm juice, undercooked couscous, most of the food cold, and very low-quality ingredients. None of the staff were available when we needed assistance. At night, the main reception house is locked and the outside lights are off. The staff, who apparently live there, pretend not to hear when we knock. The guard was on his phone, acting like he couldn't do anything, completely checked out. I don't even know if he guards anything. Never staying at this dump again, and I'd never recommend it. I gave it one star, but it deserves zero.

My stay was awful. One star is too generous; I'd give it zero. At reception, the woman wouldn't even say good morning and was so rude she made me feel like I was asking to stay for free. Terrible service. They don't accept Pix, which is ridiculous for an inn in 2022. The only saving grace was the chalet-style setting. At breakfast, you have to sit and wait for the staff to feel like putting out cups and cutlery. One worker came over with a pitcher of juice. I asked what flavor it was because there were several pitchers and guests sometimes put them back in different places. She just said, 'It's written there, can't you see?' And what if I couldn't read? Sadly, lots of people are still illiterate. They also refill the food little by little. None of the staff had any manners or respect for the guests.
