The breakfast manager and team, front desk manager Gustavo, and dinner staff member Jairo all deserve a special thanks. The restaurant had tasty food, plenty of variety, and attentive service. My room was comfortable and very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel staff were professional and welcoming. I felt at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Patrick at the front desk was fantastic. He gave me useful tips on where to eat and go, and his service is the reason I’d rate the hotel four stars instead of three. The hotel is a little older, though the rooms are spacious. There were no wash towels, the shampoo bottle stayed empty for all three days, and the old towels smelled strange.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. The hotel itself was good, but I couldn’t sleep any of the nights because the bed was much too firm for someone used to a medium or soft mattress. Reception told me all the mattresses are standard. Good luck!
