The hotel is comfortable and in a good location, though the shower takes a long time to heat up. I traveled for work and still haven't received the invoice for the night of December 19. I need it for HR. Getting in touch is difficult since they only seem to be reachable on WhatsApp, and the email listed is for online reservations. Could someone responsible please contact me as soon as possible? Thanks.

Work travel left me without an invoice at checkout. I asked for it a few days after I got back, but couldn't get it. I tried several times by email, WhatsApp message, and phone, and heard nothing. Now nobody at the company seems able to reach them either. The service has been frustrating and poor.

The room was new, but it had leaks everywhere. On day three it seemed even more flooded than before, and the breakfast was basic. The first day there was no water; they said it would be back in an hour. The internet was out on the second day.

The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned well, and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was simple, with few choices, but good. The water problems were a major issue: I stayed twice, and both times the water was cut off. When it was available, it was cold. I also had trouble getting an invoice on both visits and am still waiting for a response to my request. If you need an invoice for your stay, I'd suggest choosing another hotel.
